W&H Peacock are looking for an organised
and proactive individual to assist with secretarial
and accounting functions of the business.

The position is a support role that will require assisting auctioneers with administrative duties as well as dealing with customer enquiries in person, by telephone and via email. The role will also include assistance with basic accounting tasks for which an existing basic understanding or experience is desirable.

In addition to the main duties there will be opportunities to be involved in other areas of the business including photography, account reconciliations and administration of our fast growing online sales division.

A good customer service manner is required.

Successful applicants will be provided with in-house training with all the relevant systems and office functions.

Up to five days a week including some Saturday cover.
